Contact ISS For Electrical & Aerial Work

The ISS engineer came out after I contacted them about my intermittent TV signal. After some initial tests, it was confirmed that the signal reaching the TV’s in three rooms was inadequate, and that it would be necessary to get on the roof to check the aerial. In spite of difficulties accessing the roof due to a pitched roof extension, and limited access to the rear of my property, the engineer persevered, and once on the roof, confirmed that there were issues with non-functioning aged cabling. I was offered a couple of solutions and advised on the best way forward. With ladders already in place, the engineer was able to complete several hours of recabling work there and then. The work was carried out efficiently with little disruption, and I was kept informed about the tasks being performed throughout the afternoon. Thorough tests were performed after the cabling was completed and the results shown to me. The engineer was friendly and professional throughout, and I’m very satisfied.
