Some FAQs on mounting TVs on walls
A. Yes, (usually) – if you look through the pictures above, you will see a job where we did just that. The one above is 48 inch with a working log burner, supplied with a double socket certified, cat 6, HDMI cables 8k (a bit overkill but future proofed) and neatly run into the cupboards, running sky q with a sky puk. Please note the log burner needs to be cold when I am doing this work!

Where for whatever reason the cables cannot be hidden behind the wall if they have to be surface mounted we usually use D-Line flat trunking to make the job tidy. Most of the time we can hide the wires.

Ian from ISS Electrical Contractors came in today bright and early and did an absolutely fantastic job on TV wall mount with electrical power for our 85” TV. He did everything we asked for, including having concealed wiring in the wall, and patched everything back up to how it was. The pricing was also very reasonable, and cheaper than I expected.
